trng today... took my own sweet time to get up frm bed. then slowly find my pe attire haha walk here and there but still cant find the pe attire haha. then left hse at 715 like that... but not late... haha ytd night voice suddenly changed... thn morning was ok again weird lah. now a bit deep.. haha run 20 round of the hall today... then train our underhand... hard like siao lo... run here and there... then train c and b girls...whooo.. stood there and watch the setter how to run all these.... suddenly throat damn itchy, started to cough and cough.. cnt stop lah. thought i will vomit... cos i cough until i cry.. haha thn after ok alr.. but still SORE. hehe then lift weights.. cnt balance myself.. haha after that dash 7 rounds outside... then take timing... coach like count wrong like that i where got only 27seconds... sian... then did cool down... the the 'massage' thingy damn shiok lah.. after that thing.. my leg not pain alr lo haha miracle... then went eat.. hungry... thn eat dam fast... hehe bought chocolate and eat.. heck my throat alr.. cnt talk also nvm.. haha then went home... must do all my hw by today so i tmr can go orchard haha.. sian.. 6 feb.. so slow...
