so sian. training today was okay, but the running part is horror-.-
10 rounds up and down O: simin and i nearly died. LOL. but i'm quite contented that we dont need do the physical part, (: anyway, underhand with cgirls a while, then fall out alr. LOL cos damn lot of ppl needa leave early. so coach just dismiss-.-
